We are a local community church made up of people from all walks of life and from different backgrounds and cultures. We enjoy being a diverse community all sharing in a common goal of making Jesus Christ known in our village and beyond. Come and join us at one of our services where you will be made very welcome.

There is an opportunity to watch live each Sunday via https://www.twitch.tv/riverchurchdover or https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_5LdNgdDpOikJVQwt0Cl2g from just before 10am and then downloaded either on YouTube or on the Church Facebook page

There are also two said services held at 8.00 am and 6.30 pm where we can worship together albeit without singing and apart from each other.

We look forward to seeing you, when you feel safe enough to weigh up the risks of falling into the hands of the Living God

We are committed to the safeguarding of all children, young people, and adults when they are vulnerable. We aim to establish safe, caring communities which provide a loving environment where there is a culture of ‘informed vigilance’ as to the dangers of abuse.

  • We comply with the Safeguarding Policy statement of the Church of England.
  • Our Parish Safeguarding Policy is displayed in the Christian Centre
  • We accept the responsibilities of the church for all work with children, young people and adults when they are vulnerable carried out in the name of the church
  • We follow the procedures and guidance contained within the Canterbury Diocesan Safeguarding Guidelines in respect of DBS Disclosure checks, risk assessments and all other safeguarding practice and procedures.
  • We have appointed Coordinators to oversee the safeguarding of children, young people and adults when they are vulnerable.
